1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our courier partners (Shiprocket network including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, and others).
Currently we do not ship internationally. We are working to add international shipping soon.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas: 6–10 business days
- Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day
Timelines are estimates from dispatch date and may vary during festivals, sale events, or due to courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- ₹99 flat shipping on orders below ₹999
Tip: Add items worth ₹999 or more to your cart to qualify for free delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS and email with your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment on the courier's website
- Live tracking available via My Orders page on our website
If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable:
- The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply)
- If you do not respond within 7 days, the order will be refunded after deducting return shipping costs
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the package if the outer box is visibly damaged
- Take photos/video of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
